Carol Chaney is a native of Waller County. She graduated from Katy High School in 1984 and from Texas A&M University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. In 1992 Carol earned a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, and since 1994 she has practiced law in Hempstead. Today Carol asks for your vote to be Judge of the Waller County Court at Law—the court where she has practiced as an attorney for over 24 years.
